Relationship therapy provides a space to slow down, be curious and really listen.
I help clients focus on improving communication and understanding the emotional dynamics between them. Relationship therapy is an active process and I am not afraid to step in and challenge everyone in the room to “own their shit”. I pay attention to body language, spoken and unspoken thoughts, and underlying patterns and emotional “baggage”. It can be some of the most difficult and most rewarding work you will ever do.
Whether you want to reconnect with someone, work through a difficult period, or strengthen an already solid relationship, therapy can be a turning point in your relationship.
Relationships can be incredibly meaningful and challenging at the same time
They come in many different forms: lovers, partners, friends, family, co-workers. Even the best relationships experience times of stress and disconnection. When communication breaks down or conflicts repeat itself (“revolving door issues”), it can leave you feeling hurt, angry and alone.
