“When you are the one everyone else turns to”

Therapy for therapists and healing professionals. So you can step out of the role of “the helper” and simply be human

Virtual therapy in Massachusetts and in-person in Beverly, MA

Imagine a place where you don’t have to perform insight or hold it together - you just get to be yourself

I specialize in working with therapists and others in the healing professionals. I understand the unspoken pressure to be self-aware, regulated, and ‘good at this.’

You are burned out from constant emotional labor, both in your professional and your personal life

Feel emotionally depleted from carrying so much

Have difficulty turning “off” in your personal life

Imposter syndrome sometimes creeps in, despite all of your experience and training

You struggle to be vulnerable in your own life because you are so used to “keeping it all together”

Feel like you should always be emotionally regulated

What if…..

You walk into therapy and don’t have to be “the one who gets it”

You finally have a place where you don’t have to hold it all together

The emotional weight you carry every day starts to feel lighter

You can show up as a human being, not the professional version of yourself

Your nervous system gets the same care you offer everyone else

My Approach

mental health therapist, therapy, counseling, adults, couples, anxiety, depression, helpers, life transitions, Beverly, MA, virtual, in-person, Tina Swinkels

Therapy with me is real. It can be emotional, beautiful, and sometimes messy. I am not a therapist who sits quietly and nods, I am actively engaged in our work together.

My approach is holistic and I treat the whole person - mind, body & spirit - using a mix of talk therapy and other approaches like EMDR, IFS, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, CBT, and breathwork.

When you work with me you will walk away with real-life tools and insights because effective therapy is ultimately about using what you learn to make real, meaningful change.
